"Big selection, but they make it way harder than it should be"
They’ve got a huge selection of rave clothes and accessories, I’ll give them that. But it gets annoying fast because so much of it starts looking the same after a while. A few designs are cool, but they really need to stop acting like everyone wants the same loud style over and over. I was trying to find something a little more simple and wearable, and it felt like a chore. Not the worst place to shop, but they’re definitely making it harder than it needs to be to actually find something worth buying.
"Got the Wrong Item and It Was Embarrassing"
I ordered two things from iedm, and one of them was completely wrong. The size wasn’t what I picked, and the design was different too. I felt kind of embarrassed because I had planned to wear it, and then I had to deal with explaining why it didn’t work out. Customer support took longer than I expected, the whole thing ended up being more hassle than it was worth.

"Had a rough time using the site"
I hopped on the site thinking it’d be quick, but it turned into a bit of a hassle. I kept clicking around trying to find what I needed and somehow ended up more confused. A couple of pages froze on me too, which made the whole thing frustrating

"Sizing was a little inconsistent"
I ordered a few things from iedm and the sizing was kind of all over the place. One shirt fit close to what the size chart said but the bottoms felt smaller than I expected especially around the waist.
It was not a total dealbreaker because the pieces are still cute. I would probably size up next time though just to avoid dealing with the same issue again.

"Customer service was decent, I guess"
I had to reach out twice before I actually got a helpful answer. To be fair, they were polite when they finally got back to me, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience exactly, just not one that really impressed me either.

I was so frustrated almost immediately. I just wanted to exchange an item, but the whole process felt way harder than it needed to be. It took forever to get a response, the instructions weren’t clear, and I kept feeling like I had to follow up just to get basic info. By the time everything finally got sorted out, I was already over it and didn’t even want the replacement anymore. Definitely not ordering from here again.

I found a few designs on Iedm that I really liked, and the style is definitely fun, but the pricing felt high for what I ended up getting. I guess I expected the quality to feel a bit better for the cost.
Once shipping was added, it didn’t really feel like much of a deal. It’s not awful or anything, but I’d probably only order again if there was a big sale. Has anyone else felt the same way about the price compared to the quality?

"Cute designs, but the quality needs more consistency"
I ordered a hoodie and a pair of shorts from iEDM, and I’ll give them credit — the prints look really cool in person. The colors were close to what I saw online, and the hoodie especially has that fun festival vibe I was hoping for.
That said, the quality wasn’t totally consistent. The hoodie feels soft and decent, but the shorts showed up with a few loose threads, and the fabric felt thinner than I expected for the price. It wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely made me pause.
I’ll still wear the pieces to shows and festivals, but I do think iEDM needs to be more accountable with quality control. When people are paying premium prices for festival gear, the items should feel finished and durable across the board, not like a gamble depending on what you order.

They did get back to me eventually, so I can’t say they ignored me or anything, but the tracking updates were slow and kind of unclear, and I kept checking because I wasn’t really sure where my order was or when it was actually going to show up.

"Pretty disappointed with the designs"
I was excited to check out iEDM because I thought they’d have more unique rave gear, but I ended up feeling let down. A lot of the designs looked like stuff I’ve already seen on a bunch of other sites, just slightly tweaked or in different colors.
For what they’re charging, I was expecting something that felt more original or creative. Instead, it kind of felt like scrolling through recycled ideas, and nothing really made me want to buy. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.
